Scope of Responsibility / Expectations

Senior Project Manager will work closely with Motorola Mobility Product Owners, System Architects and Test Leaders and will establish and manage the relationships with customers and system integrators. Responsibilities include organising, estimating, planning, managing, monitoring and documenting projects. Coordinating work effort, reporting as well as managing risks and opportunities will form an important part of the role. Some international travel will be required.

Preferred Specific Knowledge and Skills

• University degree

• Significant experience in project management

• Experience managing large complex projects (at least 30 people project team, running over 6 months)

• Experience in managing relationships with large, demanding, international customers

• Experience in managing software projects

• Excellent understanding of how agile projects are run

• Excellent command of English language

• Great interest in new technology

• Proven experience in conflict resolution

• Strong background in delivery and seeing work through to completion

• Experience in system sales projects preferred

• Structured but flexible approach

• Strong business acumen
